What are your shipping rates/policies? TOP
The Fickles ship our products via the USPS. Our rates are based on the number of items ordered as follows:
- For First Class Mail (2-5 days) we charge a flat rate of $4.95 for the first item and then $1 for each additional item after that.
- For Priority Mail (2-3 days) we charge a flat rate of $6.95 for the first item and then $1 for each additional item after that.
- And, for orders over $75 we offer FREE SHIPPING!
What is your return policy? TOP
Personalized and custom made items are non-refundable unless they were
produced improperly. If a printing error was made on our part, either a 4 Fickle Friends credit will be offered or we will redo the product at our cost. Other items can be returned for store credit
within 15 days if they are unused and in new condition. Please contact
us prior to returning an item.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped? TOP
Many of our handmade one-of-a-kind Fickle Friends items are in stock but if they are not we will produce one to your specifications within 10 to 15 business days. Similarly, for items that require personalization we also require a 10 to 15 business day lead time. If you need an item sooner, please email us and we will try our best to meet your needs.
Do you do custom orders? Can I make changes to an item? TOP
Yes! If you see an item and are feeling a little "fickle" and want some changes, just email us or include any information in the "Special Instructions" area at checkout. We recommend you email us with any questions you might have before ordering to ensure you get the end result you see in your head!
If I want a three intial monogram, how do I tell you the order of the initials? TOP
Great question because we don't want anyone to be confused on this point! (Or "fickle" for that matter!) We treat a monogram with three initials in a "traditional" manner. This means we will print the LAST initial in a larger size font in the middle between the FIRST and MIDDLE initials. For example, Trinity Elizabeth Poate would be listed as "TPE" in the "Personalization" field of your order. So, when you give us your order for personalization for a three initial monogram, please list the initials in this order:
- FIRST initial
- LAST initial
- MIDDLE initial
